Justin Milner, PT

Born and raised in South Florida, Justin Milner has been practicing physical therapy since 2015 and has gained experience in clinical settings including acute care hospitals, outpatient facilities and pediatric sports medicine.

A believer in not taking the easy way out and not overlooking any details to make sure a job gets done right, Justin has developed an appreciation for the role of rehabilitation on the road to recovery following an injury or illness. His greatest satisfaction is when he can collaborate with his patients to see their recovery through to the end, all while developing a friendship along the way.

Justin grew up playing many sports as a child, his favorite being baseball. Now, Justin enjoys playing adult softball, fishing and golf, and enjoys doing just about anything in the great outdoors. Outside of fitness, Justin enjoys being a part of his local church and working with his hands doing home projects. He and his wife Laila, frequently travel to and from Brazil where her family lives. He is currently working on becoming fluent in Portuguese.
